Strictly spoiler 'leaks' result leaving viewers infuriated at 'unexpected' bottom two

This weekend's Strictly Come Dancing has been 'leaked' online and once again it's sparked plenty of controversy amongst viewers over the reveal of an 'unexpected' bottom two.

If you're a die hard Strictly fan you'll know that, given that the results are actually filmed on a Saturday night and not Sunday as producers would have us believe, the outcome makes its way online hours before the results show airs.

One Twitter account has consistently proved to be correct with the spoiler and this year, another Twitter user, claiming to be a BBC staff member, has also been leaking the result.

And, while we won't be naming who landed in the dance-off this week, we can reveal that, just like last week's shock result, it has provoked anger amongst Strictly viewers who checked the web for who went home.

In a huge turn around from last week, Clara Amfo went from the top of the leaderboard to rock bottom on Saturday, while Maisie Smith saw her scores go up after her dance-off disappointment last week and it was Made in Chelsea's Jamie Laing who finished top of the pile, after his and pro partner Karen Hauer's Couples' Choice got a near perfect 29/30 from the judges.

Eight hours before Sunday's results show goes out on BBC1, Twitter was full of angry reactions to the outcome of this week's public vote.

One tweeted: "Wow didn't expect that bottom 2," and, in agreement, another reacted: "Oh for gods sake you have to be kidding me!!"

Taking the same view, another fan who couldn't wait to find out, posted: "No wayyyyyyyyy this shocked me."

The Strictly Come Dancing results show will be on BBC1 on Sunday at 7.25pm and, as well as another group number from the professionals, there will be a guest performance from Billy Ocean, with host Tess Daly confirming he'd be in the studio to perform a medley of his hits.
