Strictly Come Dancing's Tom Fletcher has admitted that the BBC show has taken over his life.
The father-of-three was forced to sit out of week two after he and his professional partner Amy Dowden both tested positive for Covid.
However, that didn't stop Tom from tuning in - and he even got emotional as hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly gave him a special shout out.
Posting on his Instagram Story, Tom recorded the opening of the week two show where Claudia and Tess mentioned him and Amy.
He captioned the video: "Ahhh, got me all choked up! Thanks @claudiawinkle & @tessdaly."

He later added: "Genuinely made me really emotional, what they said, so thank you so much, means it a lot. Ahhhhh man, I didn't expect it to be this hard watching it."
The McFly singer continued: "Strictly is a really special, amazing show to be part of, it takes over your life. You become obsessed with it but makes it really hard when you can’t be there.
"Loving everyone's dances though," he added as he praised Nina Wadia's performance with professional partner Neil Jones.
Tom and Amy have promised fans that they will be back on the dance floor for week three, which just so happens to be Movie Week.
However, there are concerns that Tom, 36, could end up missing a second week should he find he is still unwell after his isolation period ends.

And even if he and Amy are back to feeling healthy, they would have just three days to perfect a dance routine ahead of the subsequent weekend of shows.
A source told The Sun: “Amy and Tom need to be isolated until Tuesday at least and then they will have to undergo another test and make sure they are fit and well enough to train.
"Just being passed Covid-free doesn't mean they will be out of the woods."

The source claimed the duo are concerned that they will only have three days to get their next dance memorised once they are cleared from quarantine.
They said: “It means they aren’t likely to get back into full rehearsals until Wednesday which means they face a race against time to learn their routine.
“Amy is sharing ideas, steps and moves via video for Tom. They are both determined that as soon as they are able to start training again that they will be able to hit the ground running.”
The source went on to say Amy is giving Tom “homework” so they can be ready to train with all cylinders blasting once they are able to mingle again.
