Strictly Come Dancing's Tom Fletcher has admitted that he and co-star AJ Odudu have already broken one of the strictest rules on the show.
The McFly star confessed that he and AJ both told each other they were competing before being officially announced - as he blamed Emma Willis for the faux-pas.
Tom, 36, said that Emma couldn't hold back the information after learning two of her good friends were to star in the award-winning dance series.
The dad-of-three explained: "Me and AJ told each other because Emma Willis is our mutual friend.
"I think it was Emma that told me, and I think Emma that told her, so blame Emma Willis!," he insisted.

“Me and AJ were sat next to each other for about an hour and neither of us had said anything, but I think we both knew that we both knew.”
Tom admitted he's been hankering for a chance to star on the show ever since he watched bandmate Harry Judd lift the glitterball trophy in 2011.
He revealed: "Secretly, somewhere deep down, I’ve wanted to do it since Harry [Judd] did it ten years ago.
"But life gets in the way and this year just felt right. I felt like it was time."
The musician said that while Harry's win has put some pressure on, he's trying to focus on his own journey in the competition.

"It had been his thing for a while, so I did feel like there was a little bit of pressure for me to go far.
“But after ten years, I just want to have a fun experience. You only get to do Strictly once, so I want to have the best time and not worry about Harry Judd," he added.
During the Strictly launch show at the weekend, Tom was revealed to be partnered with professional Amy Dowden.

The Welsh star was seen surprising Tom as she showed up to a McFly rehearsal.
"When I saw Amy walk in it just felt right. It just kind of feels like it was meant to be," explained Tom.
His appearance on the show comes after his wife Giovanna Fletcher won I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! last year.
While his bandmate Harry won Strictly way back in 2011 while partnered with Alioni Vilani.
Speaking about Harry's continued fondness for the show, Tom joked: "I can’t shut him up about Strictly. I haven’t been able to stop him talking about Strictly for 10 years.
“I don’t know whether I should trust his advice, or if he’s trying to secretly steer me in the wrong direction, because he’s quite competitive."
