Strictly Come Dancing star Rose Ayling-Ellis was close to tears as she discussed this weekend's show.
The actress appeared on Strictly's spin-off It Takes Two on Wednesday night with dance partner Giovanni Pernice.
Rose and Giovanni were chatting about their performance last weekend which saw them land in middle of the leaderboard.
The pair were also left until the very last minute to be told they were through to the quarter-finals.

And the dancing couple, who had performed a Paso Doble to California Dreamin' by Sia, admitted to being convinced they'd be in the dreaded dance-off.
"Anything can happen then and I genuinely thought everyone else did such an amazing dance and we were in the middle..." Rose told It Takes Two host Janette Manrara.
"I genuinely thought I could be in the bottom two and be ready for it."
This week Rose and Giovanni will make a return to the Strictly ballroom and perform an American Smooth to Everlasting Love.
"Rose is back," the Italian professional dancer declared. "She loves ballroom so this could be a good dance for us.
"She's a fantastic student, she listens to me, I know I can be horrible sometimes because it's the nature of the job, but the fact is she's loving it so much and become such a good dancer."
When asked how she felt about coming so far in the competition, Rose began to choke back tears.
"It's just so nice because I really don't want it to end," she emotionally said. "Every time I think about it, it makes me really emotional, I try not to think about it and just enjoy being in the moment and I just really don't want it to end."
Rose and Giovanni also revealed that there was a minor error in their routine last Saturday night.
The BBC soap actress had been practising her powerful character with the use of a fan.
The pair took to social media to show Rose appearing and surprising Giovanni at every turn by fluttering open the prop.
But on the night, all her practising went to waste as it didn't go to plan.
