Strictly Come Dancing star Rhys Stephenson has suffered a nasty injury as he chipped his tooth during training for an up-tempo routine on Saturday night's show.
The incident occurred when practising a fast-paced Cha Cha routine with partner Nancy Xu.
Rhys appeared to lose his step and ended up being hit straight in the mouth.
Updating fans on the mishap on Instagram, the CBBC presenter said: " Chipped my tooth in rehearsals today, this cha cha is a menace.
He shared a close-up mirror selfie of his pearly whites with the left front tooth clearly showing a small chip.
He signed off the post using the hashtag thetoothhurts.
Fans commented asking if he was okay but he is yet to reply with others asking how exactly it happened.
An no doubt all will be revealed on Saturday when the star updates show hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daily on his progress this week before taking to the dance floor.
The injury comes after the star opened up about his intense training schedule and even taking a breather from rehearsals due to the pressure.
He admitted he had to take a break from rehearsals when he and his partner Nancy Xu previewed their upcoming performance on Thursday night’s It Takes Two.

He and partner Nancy Xu will face the judges once again this Saturday in hopes of delivering a flawless Cuban dance routine.
They are currently in fourth place on the show's leaderboard with 27 points after getting off to a strong start with a Viennese Waltz.
Speaking to Janette Manrara on Thursday’s episode of It Takes Two, the pair admitted they’re feeling the pressure to stay near the top but it's important to know when to take a break and come back afresh.
Nancy Xu explained:"Sometimes I will just be like, ‘it’s easy, just relax, just empty your mind and let’s do it again’.”
Rhys added:“Nancy’s like, ‘go outside, get some air’. It’s so important.”

And it's clearly good advice that has helped Nancy who has been a pro dancer since the 17 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
This is however, her debut partnered with a celeb for a whole series, after pairing with EastEnders star Rudolph Walker for the 2019 Children In Need Special.
