Strictly's Oti Mabuse turns 30 in style as she celebrates with sister Motsi

Strictly star Oti Mabuse turned 30 in style today with balloons and a surprise zoom call from family and friends.

Oti took to Instagram to share a snap of her sat on a floor surrounded by a a huge selection of pink white and gold balloons, with a "Happy 30th Birthday" message emblazoned across a wall.

The former Strictly champion told how her kind sister Motsi Mabuse, who is Strictly's newest judge, organised a surprise Zoom call with her family and friends.

Oti also share a clip of the Zoom call where she is heard giggling as she spoke to her loved ones.

Afterward she excitedly told her fans how grateful grateful she was for "everything" and "everyone" in my life.

She wrote with her post: "It’s the big day!!! The big ️woke up this morning with the biggest smile. feeling happy and so grateful for everything and everyone in my life truly happy from my soul and excited for this chapter in my life!

"Then topped up by a surprise zoom call with all my family and friends made so happy and emotional planned by @motsimabuse even if my mom @dudu_mabuse took over the call but i appreciate it and you all so much!!!! #thirtythirty I wish you all a splendid day."

Many of her celebrity friends took to the comments section to sent Oti warm birthday well wishes.

Singer Alesha Dixon wrote: "Happy 30th birthday honey! Life gets better now!!! Lots of love."

Strictly head Judge Shirley Ballas said:"Happy birthday beautiful", alongside a loveheart.

Former British boxing star and London 2012 hopeful Anthony Ogogo said:"Mabuse.... god it’s gone quick the last 5 years. Eat lots of sticky toffee pudding."

In June Oti revealed she has been forced to have difficult conversations with her husband about racism.

In the light of the crisis that swept America following the horrific death of George Floyd, Oti shared her hopes that 2020 will be the year people understand the Black Lives Matter movement.

The Strictly Come Dancing star, 29, took to Instagram to confess that herself and her hubby Marius Iepure have engaged in difficult conversations they never even dreamed of having before.
