Strictly Come Dancing star Nikita Kuzmin's girlfriend Nicole Wirt has admitted she's 'much stronger' as rumours continue to swirl about his close friendship with Tilly Ramsay.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday morning, Nicole shared a couple of posts to her Story including one about affirmations.
Writing in German, Nicole said: "I am beautiful inside and out. I am strong and so much stronger than I ever thought. Today I can do everything that I plan to do."
She shared the words alongside a selfie which showcased her toned stomach in a pink Nike sports bra.
Another post showed Nicole doing an early bird workout, while her boyfriend of five years Nikita continues rehearsals with 19-year-old Tilly for this weekend's Halloween episode of Strictly Come Dancing.

The pair have been getting on like a house on fire and rumours have been swirling about the dreaded Strictly curse occurring once again.
However, Tilly recently said there's no chance of a romance as she and Nikita are "just good friends".
TikTok star Tilly has dated Londoner Seth Mack since 2019 and insisted there is no chance of them falling prey to the Strictly curse which has wrecked a string of relationships down the years as stars fall for their dance partners.

She said of Nikita: “We’re just having fun. I think people are just obsessed with the curse but don’t seem to realise we can be just good friends. And that’s all we are. People seem to forget that. I said from the start that I am here to learn to dance and that’s it."
And Nikita, 23, shrugged off all the speculation too and said: “Whatever is being said about us, we’re focused on our own dancing and that’s what matters to us.

"We are really happy just to dance and just to have fun. It’s like two good friends met for Strictly!"
Nikita and Nicole are currently in a long-term relationship as his dancer girlfriend is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
The couple have competed together for Germany according to the World Dance Sport Federation.
Nikita and Nicole first paired up on the dance floor in August, 2016, finishing first place after their first ever competition together in Amateur Latin as stated by an Instagram post shared at the time.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 7:10pm on BBC One.
