Strictly Come Dancing stars Nicola Adams and Katya Jones reduced fans to tears with their stunning dance on Saturday night.
Boxer Nicola spoke about her sporting career in the introduction to their performance, saying she was discouraged because she is a woman.
Katya said of her partner: "Nicola is really brave to step into a male-dominated world, I look at her as an absolute inspiration."
The duo performed the Couple's Choice category to Shine Year & years and incorporated huge blue flags into the routine as they span around holding them.
"Thank you so much for telling your story, that was so uplifting, I had goose-pimples throughout that," said host Tess Daly.
Shirley Ballas said: "Beautiful storyline, I loved all the small, tiny details in there.
"I thought the choreography was brilliant, some of the best choreography I've seen, you embraced the moment."
I loved the awareness you had of Katya, I enjoyed it so much," she added.
Motsi Mabuse said: "I enjoyed watching you enjoy that, I really felt it was sincere.
"Last week it felt a little tiny bit tense, when the music picked up you let go."
Even Craig Revel Horwood complimented the performance, telling them "well done, really well done".
One fan tweeted: "Bloody loved this performance! The story telling, the love it showed and the timing was perfect for a '10'. Nicola and Katya make the perfect team on Strictly."
Another added: "Nicola & Katya bought tears to my eyes, I was so moved by their beautiful dancing #Strictly ".
