Neil Jones took to social media on Tuesday to wish ex-wife Katya a happy birthday – poking a little fun at her in the process.
The 39-year-old Strictly Come Dancing star proudly wished Katya a happy 31st birthday – unleashing a collection of photographs from across the years in the process.
Noel and Katya split in 2019 after six years of marriage and following a kiss scandal involving 35-year-old comedian Seann Walsh.
However the pair have remained close since the collapse of their marriage and subsequent divorce – with Neil’s touching birthday tribute a testament to their continued friendship.
He shared a collection of snaps – including one of Katy dancing as a child – as he wished her manny happy returns.
He wrote: "Happy Birthday @katyajones please never change.
“Maybe be a little bit calmer when you dance with me but other than that keep being the over the top definition of Energy that we all know and love.”
Noel covered the collection of photos with a snap of Katya warmly looking at the camera during a photo, followed by a snap of her as a child.
He then shared a photo of her dancing wildly in her wedding dress, and a further photo of them together on the set of Strictly Come Dancing.
Neil’s own birthday was just last week – in which Katya shared hilarious throwback snaps of him.
She uploaded photos of him sporting long hair from early in their relationship as she wished him a happy birthday.
The Russian dance star joked: “Keep that smile on your face and keep that hair ginger!”
She added: "Sorry I used to straighten it ( swipe for some embarrassing phktos) May it be a great year for you!"
