Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Neil Jones has claimed that his co-star Kevin Clifton once stole his dance partner.
The 38-year-old says he used to compete with a woman called Laura Jane, who he danced with years ago at a competition at Blackpool Tower when they were junior competitors.
Laura dropped the bombshell that she had been secretly dating thrice-married Kevin, who at the time was one of the champion dancers at the event.
Neil, who was previously married to fellow Strictly pro Katya Jones, said he and Laura stopped dancing together not long after she revealed the news.
He told The Sun : "We were in Blackpool Tower as juniors and she is telling me that she has a boyfriend.
"She said, 'He is one of the champions. He is Kevin Clifton.' I think we broke up then."
Neil, who is now dating Luisa Eusse, added: "And I remember thinking, 'I don't want to dance with her.'"
Kevin, 37, has built up a reputation as a bit of a ladies' man.
He has been married three times: first to amateur Latin world champion Anna Melnikova when he was just 20.
Anna was his dance partner from 2002 to 2006 and they tied the knot in 2003.
From 2007 until 2013 he was married to ballet dancer Clare Craze after popping the question just six months into their romance.
He married Karen Hauer in 2015 but they split up in 2018.
Since 2019 Kevin has been dating his Strictly dance partner Stacey Dooley, who was in a long-term relationship when they met.
