Mike Bushell's physique has been reaping the rewards of training hard with his dance partner Katya Jones, 30, for Strictly Come Dancing.
The sports host, 53, boasted about his massive weight loss during Sunday's result show which he told was due to the long hours of training sessions he has been enduring with the professional dancer.
Telling all about his slimmer and trimmer middle, Mike told host Claudia Winkleman: "The hours we’ve put in I have lost about a stone!
"People say I am taller because of my posture and my daughters think Katya has banished the dad dancer from the training room!"
Mike then joked: "I mean he is only outside the door, so he can come back any time but we are determined to keep him out there and to try and keep on improving."
On Saturday's night show, which was movie themed, the dancing duo pair finished third from the bottom with 18 points for their Magic Mike themed Cha Cha Cha to It's Raining Men by The Weather Girls.
Elsewhere in the results episode Anneka Rice and her professional dance partner Kevin Clifton became the second couple to leave the show.
The TV legend found herself in the dreaded dance-off against David James and his partner Nadiya Bychkova.
Both pairings were tasked with performing for a second time, as their fates remained in the hands of the judges.
Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas, Bruno Tonioli and new judge Motsi Mabuse then had to reveal the couple they wished to save, and the vote was unanimous.
Mike has previously revealed that his wife Emily Bond wanted him to have Katya as his Strictly Come Dancing partner, despite the scandal surrounding the Russian professional last year.
Katya hit the headlines last October when she pictured snogging comedian Seann Walsh in the street following a late night training session - despite being married to Neil Jones at the time.
But Mike says his wife was over the moon when his partnership with Katya was confirmed because she's known for taking risks.
Speaking on Chris Moyles' Radio X breakfast show, Mike said: "My wife thought Katya would be the best choreographer because she takes risks."
