Kristina Rihanoff confused fans as she posted a video clip of herself with a huge bump on Instagram on Monday.
The professional dancer - who starred on Strictly Come Dancing from 2006 until 2008 - can be seen working out on a reformer pilates machine in the short clip shared online.
In the post, her stomach appears a lot larger than usual - which she explained, in the caption, was due to her stuffing an exercise ball under her workout clothes.
The yoga studio owner told that she was using the faux bump whilst gaining a qualification in order to teach pregnancy and postnatal classes.
Kristina wrote: "Another day another qualification. I’m very excited to say that now I am able to teach Reformer Pregnancy & Postnatal classes at @sooyogauk."
She continued: "I am very passionate about helping expecting mums and new mums with their physical and mental wellbeing hence why I qualified a long time ago in pregnancy/postnatal yoga. Now I’m also very excited to do even more exercises on reformer machines at my studios!"
Clearing up that she was not expecting a child, she added: "PS. I’m NOT pregnant, the belly it’s just a little Pilates ball ( clarifying for tabloids)."
Fans who had to look twice, took to the comments to share that she had almost made them think she was pregnant.
One penned: "Thought that was a very fast growing bump."
Another added: "Was v confused by this bump after seeing you in the red carpet the other week xx."
Russian native Kristina recently celebrated her 44th birthday.
The blonde beauty shared a look at her exciting day on Instagram and shared that she received homemade cards and an array of presents from her loved ones.
“The best presents in the world are cards from the kids,” the grateful star wrote.
And in another story, Kristina posed alongside partner Ben Cohen - who she shares four-year-old daughter Milena with.
Kristina and Ben met when the rugby star appeared on Strictly in 2013.
Three years later, in 2016, Ben ended up divorcing his wife and he later starting a relationship dancer Kristina.
