The Strictly Come Dancing winners have grown closer over the months and earlier this month Stacey reportedly moved in with Kevin after she left the home she was sharing with her ex-boyfriend.
The couple's romance is seemingly blossoming as they looked happy and comfortable as they were snapped near Kevin's home.
They seemed 'very much in love' and were seen holding hands as they walked along the street.

The happy couple even started having some fun at the photographers' expense, openly taking photos of their own of those that were tracking their morning stroll.
TV documentary maker Stacey, 32, fell for her Strictly Come Dancing partner, 36, on the show last year and they recently came out as a couple.

Stacey previously lived at a flat in Brighton with her then-boyfriend Sam, who she split from in April.
A source told The Sun: "Stacey needed somewhere else to live. Kevin has been really relaxed about letting her stay and so far it’s working really well.
