Celebrities and professional dancers often strike up strong bonds when paired up on Strictly Come Dancing.
And boxer Nicola Adams, 37, and Katya Jones, 31, appear to have already formed a good friendship off the dance floor.
The pair - who are making Strictly history as the first ever same sex couple to compete - looked every inch the best of pals in snaps captured of them leaving the studio following a day of training on Thursday.
Appearing in high spirits, the professional dancer and Olympian beamed from ear to ear as they departed the venue and as they bid farewell to one another they shared a hug.
In the snaps captured Kayta and Nicola were both wrapped up in padded coats as they shielded themselves from the chilly weather.
Nicola 's stunning girlfriend Ella Baig recently shared that they're too knackered to have sex whilst the sporting star practices for Strictly.
The beauty blogger says her lover is too tired for sexy time when she gets home at the end of the day.
Nicola is currently training 12 hours per day to prepare for her Quickstep with Katya.
When asked if the punishing schedule was affecting their sex life, Ella told The Sun : "We’re too tired! We’re just watching a lot of Netflix and taking advantage of Deliveroo.
"Where we live in Leeds we can’t get it. So to be able to have it here and order it whenever we like is great.
"Nicola is putting in such gruelling hours. She’s exhausted by the time she comes home."
The pair met during a night out in Leeds in 2018 and have been inseparable ever since.
