Strictly Come Dancing star John Whaite has hit out at trolls over treatment of co-stars.
The former Bake Off winner posted a message to Instagram on Monday night, 24 hours after the latest results show aired.
John and his dance partner Johannes Radebe safely made it through to this weekend's quarter-finals after performing a dazzling Argentine Tango on Saturday night.
The dancing pair shot back to the top of the leaderboard with a near-perfect score of 39 out of 40.

Dan Walker, Rhys Stephenson, AJ Odudu, and Rose Ayling-Ellis also made it through to the last five with their professional partners.
But John has spoken out on messages his ' Strictly pals' have been receiving online.
In the post, the baker and TV star wrote: "If you’re trolling any of my Strictly pals (or anyone on the planet for that matter) let me ask you… What have you done today to be vulnerable?"

He went on: "What have you done today that is inspiring? What have you done today to push yourself out of your comfort zone?
"If the answer is 'nothing' then pipe down. Don’t judge a person before you’ve walked a mile in their (dance) shoes."

It comes after BBC Breakfast host Dan referenced some of the cruel messages he had received after being voted through.
Viewers took to Twitter to question how Dan is still in the running after Tilly Ramsay became the ninth contestant to be eliminated.
She faced Rhys in the dreaded dance-off who the four judges unanimously voted to save.

After the shock result Dan tweeted: "Thank you to everyone who is sending lovely messages & enjoying us having fun on #Strictly and to the few who say…'just leave', 'aren’t you ashamed?', 'you’re a disgrace', 'It’s a fix' (which I don’t get) or 'who is voting for them?' IT’S A TV SHOW!"
And he added with a crying with laughter emoji: "See you in the 1/4 finals."
