Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara made a public apology after her celebrity dance partner revealed some gruesome injuries in training.
After being paired up at Saturday's launch, Janette and paralympian Will Bayley have been hard at work rehearsing for their first dance.
Admitting to just how intense practise has got, Will showed off some bleeding wounds to his feet.

Janette explained: "I know I should be more of a supportive partner but Will just said his feet hurt and I said, 'Do you want to take your shoes off for five minutes?"
"And this is what it's like," she said moving the camera to show off Will's blood-soaked socks.

But Will didn't seem too bothered as he triumphantly punched the air.
"I'm a real dancer now!" he cried.
Janette then said she 'couldn't believe' Will has pushed through and not told her about his pain.
"I cannot say enough how impressive this mans attitude is. Feeling so inspired by him everyday! What a champ!," said Janette.
She told her Instagam followers the injury was caused by Will's nail rubbing against his toe as they went over their moves.

Janette and Will both appeared delighted with their paring last Saturday and have already developed their own team name.
Team Pocket Rocket will return to dance with the other celebrity couples on Saturday 21 September.
The two week break will give them plenty of time to work on their new routies.
Scarborough actress Catherine Tyldesley revealed she's been working just as hard as Will in training as she 'nearly vomited' on her dance partner.
She told how Johannes Radebe pushed her so hard in training she was left 'retching.'
Catherine added: "It's day two, nobody panic. I am going to have a strong coffee. Tomorrow is a better day."
Strictly Come Dancing is back on Saturday, September 21 on BBC One.
