Strictly's Dianne Buswell shares 'new look' and teases fans

Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell sent fans crazy after she teased a new look without her signature red hair.

The 34-year-old dancer is known for her red hair which she’s had on the BBC dance show for years.

But, Dianne, who is from Australia, left her fans in a frenzy after she was backstage at Strictly Come Dancing: The Professionals UK Tour with long brown hair.

However, fans soon found it was a wig as Dianne shared a second selfie of herself with her signature hair, saying: "But then there's the red."

Recently, Dianne shared that she wanted to branch out from dancing and try her hand at something new.

Early this year, in February, it was reported that she had signed up to Celebrity MasterChef, following in the footsteps of Strictly stars Johannes and Katya Jones, who have taken part in the BBC 1 show.

However, she also said she wants to establish herself as an actress this year. Speaking to heat magazine, Dianne explained: "I'm taking it quite seriously. I've always been a little performer, and there's no time like the present."

The star has been vying for the Glitterball trophy on Strictly since 2017. When asked if the show will still be part of her future, she insisted: "Absolutely. Acting is just a little side project, really, so who knows where it will take me?"

Also, Dianne broke her silence earlier this year regarding rumours she and partner Joe Sugg had split.Fans had feared the worst when the YouTuber seemed absent from his girlfriend's trip back home and then the couple put their £1.35m mansion up for sale.

Lorraine Kelly interviewed Dianne, asking: "How about your lovely man Joe, are you two still dancing together?"

The dancer replied: "He puts his ballroom frame almost every day and he’s getting better. He actually is very good and I’d love to do a proper competition with him and see how he goes.

The interview came following reports that Dianne and Joe were selling their home in West Sussex.

The couple - who are said to have purchased the property around two years ago in 2021 - are believed to have found another home together.
