Strictly's Dianne Buswell and Joe Sugg splash £3.5million on Premier League star's mansion

Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell have taken the plunge and splashed out a whopping £3.5million on a luxury home together in Brighton.

The pair met on Strictly back in 2018, and after recently concerning fans that they had split have now made one huge - and very costly - commitment.

The couple have purchased a stunning five bed property that boasts a sprawling garden with countryside views, a heated swimming pool and fully equipped gym.

It was previously owned by Brighton and Hove Albion footballer Lewis Dunk, who made a seres of renovations to the already impressive house.

Records show that Dunk submitted planning permission for a two storey side extension, ground and first floor extension and another two storey extension on the front of the house - as well as a detached front garage.

The house also boats five bedrooms, five bathrooms and six reception rooms. While on the exterior, owners can make use of a very sizeable balcony and a sunken seated area in the garden that is perfect for entertaining.

Joe, 31, announced this week that he and Dianne, 34, were upsizing after only staying in their last property for two years.

The social media star told his fans: "I’ve been busy behind the scenes doing something. We’re moving the last bits of our stuff because we have moved house.

"People are like, “What? You’ve moved house? You were only in the last place for two- and a-bit years!” Very true," he admitted.

Joe said that while he and Dianne loved their last place they didn't have the time to renovate it as much as they'd wanted to so were moving somewhere that was liveable from the off.

Dianna also gushed about the move as she shared a video of herself attempting to assemble furniture.

The couple put their last property - a four bed detached home - on the market for £1.35 million.

Their move into a bigger abode comes after Dianne revealed they were hoping to start a family.

"Joe is the most supportive person. I’d love to have a family one day, and I know Joe would love a family too. That would be our dream one day," said the professional dancer.

In recent months fans had been concerned the couple of five years hadn't been spending as much time together.

The pair, who met on Strictly in 2018, sparked speculation from fans they had broken up after Dianne flew to Australia without Joe.

Breaking her silence on the matter, Dianne, who has been with Joe for four years, has now put all heartbreak rumours to bed, insisting they are still happily loved-up.

She said: “It makes me laugh that people think I wouldn't go and see my family without Joe, it blows my mind.

“He knows I don't live anywhere near my family, so if there is any chance I can go to see them… he doesn't have to come with me everywhere.”
