Strictly Come Dancing's Dan Walker stunned his followers on Saturday afternoon when he unveiled his epic transformation ahead of the second live show.
The BBC Breakfast presenter took to Instagram to reveal just how much his physique has benefitted from rehearsing the Paso Doble this week.
As he took a tongue-in-cheek mirror selfie, the 44-year-old can be seen wearing a full body muscle suit - but thanks to it being flesh coloured, it could have been mistaken for Dan's real body.
Dan captioned the hilarious post: "I’ve been asked if I want to wear a muscle suit for tonight’s dance… I declined #YouGetWhatMummaGaveMe."

He also shared a video in which he told his 225,000 followers: "Spent a lot of time in the gym this week as well as all the dance training. What do you reckon?"
He then asks his professional partner: "what do you think Nadiya?" to which she replies: "Amazing, wow partner!"
Dan then jokes: "Yeah been working on these abs for hours," before quickly confirming: "I'm not wearing this!"

His friends and fans were quick to comment on the post, with Zoe Ball writing: "good grief chief," while Strictly pro Oti Mabuse added: "Hahahaha stop it."
One fan commented: "That's hilarious," while another said: "That would have made showbiz history of you danced wearing just that."
Another fan told him: "Good grief! Not sure that’s such a good look," while someone else said: "Oh this really made me laugh!"

Dan's 'transformation' comes after he admitted the accident he had a few weeks ago was meant to be, as it made him even closer to his professional partner Nadiya.
Days before Strictly started, he was taken to A&E after running straight into a glass door during training.
He recalled in a recent interview: " flew back about two metres then landed on the floor.
“I thought I’d knocked my teeth out because there was blood pouring out of my mouth, but I’d actually bit a chunk out of my tongue. The next day I was feeling woozy so went to hospital to have a brain scan.

"They found I had mild concussion and I wasn’t allowed to dance for three days. I’ve still got a big lump on my head."
He continued: "I always think things happen for a reason. I decided to go to A&E to get it checked, and this amazing lady said, ‘You’re not going on your own’.
“We hadn’t been revealed so we weren’t meant to be seen together, so she came with me and waited in the car for four hours outside.
“Afterwards, I said to her, ‘That’s it – our friendship’s cemented. Whatever you ask of me, I’ll do'."
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6:45pm on BBC One.
