Rob Burrow's daughters, Macy and Maya, have filmed a cute video for Dan Walker and Nadiya Bychkova ahead of their Strictly appearance this evening.
The Leeds lasses got all dolled up in their princess dresses and performed their very own ballroom moves, before giving Dan and Nadiya an inspirational speech.
The sister's said: "Hi Dan and Nadiya it's Macy and Maya and we think you are doing amazing, keep up the good work - we hope you win!

"Don't forget the shoulder line and the fundamentals and don't forget them sways, keep dancing."
Posting the video on his Dan Walker TV Facebook page, Dan said: "Thank you to Macy & Maya Burrow for the best ever inspiration.
"Girls, you look amazing & thanks for the advice. Say ‘hi’ to your mum & dad (the legend Rob Burrow)
"I hope you enjoy the dance tonight… this one is for you".
