Strictly's Clara Amfo in shock after getting two 10s and being tipped for the final

Strictly Come Dancing contestant Clara Amfo was left shocked and totally overcome with emotion on Saturday night after getting two 10s from the judges and being tipped to make the final.

The radio presenter and self-confessed Strictly superfan had been nearer the bottom of the pack prior to this weekend but that all changed when she and pro partner Aljaž Škorjanec after their amazing Charleston to Baby Face by Julie Andrews.

Viewers at home absolutely loved the routine and those sentiments were most definitely echoed by the judges.

Head judge Shirley Ballas told Clara : "I haven't been your highest scorer and I look at you and the transformation, the lovely shoulder line, the swivel, the storyline, the rhythm, those legs of death...I mean you were absolutely brilliant today!"

Stand-in judge Anton du Beke was also full of praise, saying: "What can I say?! When you rehearse a dance all week you want it, on Saturday night, to go like that. I've had a wonderful night and you've topped it off. Thank you very much indeed...perfect."

Even the notoriously hard to please Craig Revel-Horwood was blown away and made a bold prediction, telling Clara: "Well I don't want to see it again actually, until the final darling!"

Things then got even better for Clara when the scores came in, as you can see in the clip taken from Strictly's Twitter above.

After Craig awarded a 10, Clara exclaimed: "Oh no way!" and then looked dumbstruck when both Shirley and Anton gave 10s.

Aljaž shouted "Get in! Come here you" before pulling Clara in for a hug and as she got emotional, host Claudia Winkleman said: "I wish I could hug you! Very, very well done, you are top of the leaderboard."
