Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli will be forced to miss this year's series due to the coronavirus travel restrictions, according to reports.
He lives in the US and so will not be able to freely fly back and forth while filming the show.
Instead, he is reportedly going to judge just the American version of the show, instead of both like he usually does.
The US Strictly allegedly pays more, so Bruno will not be missing out this year.
The Sun also reported that Strictly will not be hiring another judge to replace him and instead will go ahead with just three judges, Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse.
A source said: "There is no way to travel back and forth at the moment, so [Bruno]’s told bosses in the UK that unfortunately he will be staying over there.
“He spends a lot of his time in the States now, and the truth is he does earn a lot more from the US version.
"The hope is things might change and he’ll be able to make at least a guest appearance.”
MirrorOnline has reached out to a rep for the show for comment.
It was also reported that Strictly's start date this year will be 24th October, though the show has not yet confirmed if this is correct.
It will also run for just nine weeks instead of the usual 13, and stars will bubble together in one big household so they can adhere to social distancing guidelines.
All the show’s professionals – including Giovanni Pernice and Nadiya Bychkova – will isolate together in a hotel for 14 days from the end of July, forming one big household.
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will socially distance themselves while presenting in the studio every weekend.
