Strictly's AJ and Kai to take on powerful Paso Doble as latest songs and dances revealed

Strictly Come Dancing favourites AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington are pulling out all the stops to remain on the show.

As they remain towards the top of the leaderboard, with romance rumours continuing to swirl, this week they will tackle the Paso Doble.

The Week Eight songs and dances have been announced for the remaining eight couples, ahead of next month's live final.

From Charlestons to Sambas and another Couple's Choice, there's plenty going on this coming Saturday.

AJ and Kai are set for another tense and powerful routine, following weeks of stunning performances.

There's been near-kisses, steamy routines and beautiful dances on the dancefloor, and it seems this week will be no different.

TV presenter AJ and her professional dance partner are performing their Paso Doble to the song Game Of Survival by singer Ruelle.

It's quite a tense and fast-paced track, so we don't doubt AJ and Kai will be putting on a dramatic routine.

Favourites Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice are dancing a yet to be revealed Couple’s Choice, to Symphony by Clean Bandit ft Zara Larsson.

All the acts are performing a different dance to each other this week, with Sara Davies and Aljaz Škorjanec dancing an Argentine Tango to No More Tears (Enough Is Enough), by Donna Summer and Barbra Streisand.

Then there's Tilly Ramsay and Nikita Kuzmin who will no doubt be trying to avoid the dance off, after surviving the dreaded battle last weekend.

They are doing the Quickstep to I Won’t Dance by Damita Jo, while BBC Breakfast's Dan Walker and his partner Nadiya Bychkova will take on the American Smooth to The Proclaimers' track King Of The Road.

Next up, John Whaite Johannes Radebe are set to pull off another epic routine as they perform the Samba to Acuyuye by DLG.

CBBC's Rhys Stephenson and pro dancer Nancy Xu are performing the Charleston to a song titled The Charleston, by Bob Wilson and his Varsity Rhythm Boys.

Meanwhile, Tom Fletcher and Amy Dowden are set for an emotional routine, as they perform the Viennese Waltz to Iris by Goo Goo Dolls.

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.40pm, with the results show on Sunday at 7.20pm, on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
