Olympian Adam Peaty will have to throw everything he's got at his Jive on Saturday night as punters predict he's the next celebrity to leave the competition.
The 26-year-old Olympic swimmer and his professional partner Katya Jones found themselves in the bottom two during Halloween week before being saved by the judging panel to remain in the show.
And as the competition reaches the all important half-way point on Saturday - they have been hard at work rehearsing the Jive for this Saturday's show.
But latest bookies odds have Adam at 7/4 with the Olympian clear favourite for the next axing.
Jessica O'Reilly of Ladbrokes said: "Although Adam escaped the dreaded vote off last Sunday, punters' money suggests he won't be as lucky this weekend and will be the next celeb to leave Strictly."
Appearing on Tuesday's It Takes Two alongside Katya, Adam spoke to host Rylan about his close call after dancing the Viennese waltz.
"It's unfortunate that we ended up in the dance off. I mean, I'm still carrying a bit of baggage from the weekend because it was tough to go to the dance off," Adam explained.
The swimmer said he thought his performance and subsequent score of '29' was a 'solid', so it was 'unexpected' to be in the dance-off.
He added: "But it just shows you no one is safe in this show, and I've got to find my confidence again now in this Jive and go, 'you know what, I do deserve to be here... I think'," Adam added.
Taking to Instagram, Adam shared a bare-chested shot of him sitting in his garden hot tub before a second shot showed him out of the water and flexing his toned muscles in a triumphant pose.
He penned: "How it feels to be in the bottom two. Truly humbled to be able to continue on this show and I will come back stronger."
He also paid tribute to Katya and Graziano Di Prima who he went up against in the dance-off.
He added: "Thankyou to everyone who has supported me so far, thankyou to @katyajones for being an amazing choreographer and person and pushing me bound my boundaries! I’m so grateful."
Halloween week also saw EastEnders ' actress Rose-Ayling Ellis and dance partner Giovanni Pernice score this year’s first perfect 40 for their icy Tango.
While viewers said a fondfarewell to comedian and Loose Women panellist Judi Love and partner Graziano Di Prima.
Nine couples now remain in the competition, and at this stage, anyone could be waltzing off with the top prize.
