Katya Jones has shared her devastation about being separated from her loved ones.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional is spending the festive period away from her family and has expressed her heartache on social media.
The 32-year-old, who is separated from her husband and fellow Strictly pro Neil Jones, took to Instagram to share a video of the beautiful Christmas tree standing in her family home in Russia.
As Can You Feel The Love Tonight from the Lion King played, Katya penned: "Beautiful tree back home in Russia. Won't be home this year for New Year".
She finished her message with a crying emoji.
The dancer also shared an impressive clip of her brother singing and playing guitar as she opened up about how much she misses him.
She wrote: "My brother plays guitar and sings his daughters to sleep
"He is so incredibly talented, plays multiple instruments and can do pretty much anything. I remember he taught me to play this song when I was younger.
"We have a very special bond. And this just made me realise how much I actually miss him."
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many people have been kept away from their loved ones for long period of times, but of course it's always that bit harder over Christmas.
Katya was paired with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty on the BBC show this year.
Last month, she addressed claims that she'd threatened to quit the show in a furious rant after they were voted off by the judges.
It had been reported she'd thrown a "tantrum" backstage and threatened to walk away for good.
But she denied the claims, saying she cares passionately about her job and has no plans to leave.
She wrote on Instagram: "I am a professional dancer on a TV show doing my job which I care passionately about. I’m not quitting, I’ve not had a tantrum. I love the show and I shall keep dancing".
She's faced controversy in 2018 when she was pictured kissing her celebrity partner Seann Walsh while she was married to Neil and the comic lived with his long-term girlfriend.
Katya and Neil later released a statement telling fans they were ending their marriage, but insisted it had nothing to do with the kissing scandal.
