Tonight, nervous celebrities took to the Strictly dance floor for the very first time, with McFly's Tom Fletcher the first one out of the starting gate.
But it was AJ Odudu who left the judges utterly gobsmacked with an impressive Jive, landing Shirley Ballas' first ever nine in the first week.
The presenter, 33, looked absolutely gobsmacked after receiving rave reviews.
Bake Off winner John Whaite also wowed as he and Johannes Radebe performed a groundbreaking first dance.
The dramatic routine received high praise from all of the judges, with Shirley Ballas noting the switching from leading to being led as a particularly strong highlight, while Anton called it "clean" and "powerful".
The pair scored an impressive score of 30 points, topping the leader board until AJ Odudu scored 34 points.
