Craig Revel Horwood wowed Strictly Come Dancing viewers with his "fabulous" drag performance on the show - but some were left perplexed by his incredibly fast outfit change.
The 54-year-old judge performed with the pros in a musical medley to Hello, Dolly! to celebrate Musicals Week.
Craig looked better than ever tonight as he sang in the lead role for the opening number.
Fans flocked to Twitter to gush about his performance.
One tweeted: "That was an amazing opening number .....very impressive Loved it."
While another commented: "Fantastic opening number."
A third remarked: "Brilliant Craig!"
"Fab - u - lous," another wrote.
However some were very confused as he appeared just a minute later out of drag with the rest of the judges.
Often, group numbers are pre-recorded, meaning that Craig would have had some time to get changed in between.
One perplexed viewer tweeted: "Is this live? No way could Craig have gotten changed that fast."
Another quipped: "Craig got changed quickly #Strictly."
