Strictly fans raging after Sunday night's results are leaked again

Strictly Come Dancing fans have voiced their outrage as spoilers were leaked again online revealing who has been sent home.

Viewers have hit out in previous years over the elimination being revealed ahead of Sunday night's results show.

And they're disappointed to see it happening again on social media during the 2021 series of the BBC dance contest.

Fans are calling for either the results show, which is filmed on Saturday night, to be aired live, or for a clampdown on the result being leaked.

One Strictly fan tweeted: "If they won’t do the results live, then they need to stop the Strictly spoiler being published as it is so easy to find and does spoil the tension on a Sunday night."

Another fumed: "This shouldn't be tagged with the usual Strictly hashtag."

"Some people don’t want to know," complained another fan.

But other viewers admit they can't help themselves.

"I’m not good a cliffhangers, too stressful!" explained one.

"I like to know on the same evening," said another.

And another agreed: "Oh I know I’m too impatient to wait."

Last weekend former Coronation Street star Katie McGlynn and her pro partner Gorka Marquez were sent home after facing their second week in the dreaded dance-off.

They were up against comedian Judi Love and Graziano Di Prima after a spectacular movie week.

Sadly, it was Gorka and Katie who became the second couple to leave the competition after only Anton Du Beke chose to save them.

This weekend Dragon's Den star Sara Davies and Aljaž Skorjanec topped the leaderboard with 36 points.
