Strictly Come Dancing fans went into meltdown after Gemma Atkinson let slip "wedding" to Gorka Márquez.
The proud mum accidentally made the slip-up while she was chatting to Loose Women about the couple's plans for their daughter Mia's first birthday this weekend.
Loose Women viewers were convinced the parents were going to tie the knot at their home in secret this weekend after Gemma's seemingly cryptic remark.
But later the actress clarified she had accidentally said "wedding" instead of "weather".
She said: "We're having a little garden party / kitchen depending on the wedding.
"Only five of us because of social distancing. But we've got balloons, sweets, cake."
Excitable comments flooded social media as fans gushed it would be "amazing" if the couple did get married on Mia's birthday.
Leading the troops, one said: "Did u notice Gemma said wedding instead of weather ! Maybe a secret wedding on Mia's birthday."
Others added: "Did she just say wedding instead of weather? #LooseWomen."
"Oops ...it would be amazing if they did get married on Mia's first birthday." (sic)
The Loose Women were quick to address the speculation rumbling online.
Gemma laughed off claims she was getting married at the weekend.
The actress said the couple had spoken about tying the knot extensively.
But she did drop the bombshell they have decided they would like to wait until Mia was old enough to be involved in their special day.
She said: "I'm not fussed about getting married. We'd want to wait for Mia to be involved."
TV worlds collided when Gemma and Gorka fell in love on the set of Strictly Come Dancing in 2017.
They were partnered up with different people but the couple formed a firm friendship and a romance blossomed following the show.
Soon they went public with their love and moved in together.
They became parents for the first time when they welcomed Mia in early July last year.
