Strictly fans distracted from Giovanni and Rose's cha cha for the same reason

Strictly Come Dancing's Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice dazzled as they performed to an 80s classic on Saturday night.

The pair danced a 'cheeky cha cha' to Raspberry Beret by the late musical legend and the compliments came pouring in.

Craig Revel Horwood praised their partnership after they tore up the dancefloor on the BBC contest.

Fans loved the eyeliner (BBC)

Fans agreed with the praise but they were distracted by pro dancer Giovanni's 'hot' look and particularly his 'smoking' eyeliner.

"Holy mother of god Giovanni in eyeliner. Think I need a cold shower," tweeted one.

"Gio is looking damn good with the eyeliner on," said another.

"Giovanni in eyeliner is one smoking hot look," commented another.

Ahead of their performance EastEnders actress Rose shared her excitement with fans over getting a new hearing aid after her previous one broke during training.

She actress from Manchester thanked the NHS for getting a replacement to her so fast.

Showing off her new hearing aid in its case she wrote: "Good news guys… I have a new hearing aid!

"Thank you NHS for the quick response."

Giovanni had pleaded with the NHS on Instagram to replace Rose’s device quickly.

The star, who plays Frankie Lewis on the BBC soap, is Strictly’s first deaf contestant.

She has an interpreter with her on the show and the cast and crew have been learning sign language to be able to communicate with her more efficiently.

In last week’s Movie Week the pair left viewers in tears with their elegant foxtrot to My Heart Will Go On from Titanic.
