But it turns out they didn't need it as they managed to fall pregnant naturally. Janette, who will turn 40 in November, is due to give birth this summer.

"I know that IVF can be really strenuous on a woman’s body and there is no guarantee it will work, so to know that this little miracle just came from a wonderful night we had together is amazing," she said. "I think the baby decided to make mum and dad panic a bit before saying, ‘ok, fine, I’m coming up now.'"

Messages came pouring in from their Strictly co-stars including Gorka Marquez, who is expecting his second child with Gemma Atkinson who was partnered on the dancefloor with Aljaž in 2017. He told them: "Congratulations."

Johannes Radebe said: "Incredible news" and Amy Dowden said: "So happy for you! Your going to make the absolute best parents! Eeeeekkk can’t wait xxxxx" Katya Jones exclaimed: "This is the most wonderful news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And head judge Shirley Ballas responded: "Congratulations."
