Strictly Comes Dancing's Tony Adams makes Katya 'row' admission on Good Morning Britain

Tony Adams made an admission about his partnership with Katya Jones.

The Arsenal legend has been paired with the professional on the latest season of Strictly Come Dancing. The two have become fan favourites and have passed the half way point in their bid to claim the Glitterball.

However, viewers were concerned when the two appeared to be arguing on the latest episodes. Tony addressed the rumours as he appeared on today's Good Morning Britain.

He told Susanna Reid and Ed Balls: "We constantly argue, don’t we?” Katya also appeared on the show and she joked: "We just don’t like each other at all, we don’t get on!”

Tony added: “We’ve had two months together now. She’s been training me and the routines she’s putting on are incredible. And sometimes when I miss a step, sometimes she’s a little bit over critical and I just want to have a good time as well.

“So I think it’s a balance between maybe letting me make a mistake and enjoying myself a little bit at times… I’m not an expert in this field.”

The former centre back also lifted the lid on the intense training exercise for the competition as he admitted he “cried for the first month - physically, emotionally, mentally in bits… every week you’re learning a new skill and it’s just brutal.”
