Strictly Come Dancing viewers in tears after spotting emotional professional dancer cry off air

Strictly viewers were left in tears last night after spotting this emotional moment off air.

Aljaz Skorjanec was seen crying after his wife and fellow Strictly star competed in her first ever Strictly final.

He was left in bits watching his partner Janette Manrara and HRVY's routine for the couple's choice dance on BBC One last night.

The pair, who are up against Maisie Smith, Bill Bailey and Jamie Laing, performed an American Smooth to ‘One (Singular Sensation)’ from A Chorus Line which they first danced during Musicals Week.

The audience watched the intense performance as the final four competed for the Glitterball trophy, reports The Manchester Evening News.

It ended with both HRVY and Janette emotional as they got a set of full marks from the judges.

And fans were also feeling the emotion, particularly when the cameras panned to the other professional dancers watching along.

That's because Janette's husband, and fellow Strictly star, Aljaz Skorjanec was crying as his wife competed in her first ever final.

"Aljaz being HRVY and Janette's personal cheerleader is getting me really emotional right now," wrote one.

Another said: "Aljaž crying, everyone is crying."

"NO why am I crying at how proud Aljaz is for Janette #Strictly," added a third.

A fourth also commented: "My goodness aljaz crying watching Janette my heart can’t take it!"

Pass the tissues, guys!
