Strictly Come Dancing's Kevin Clifton shares rare amorous snap with Stacey Dooley

Kevin Clifton proved that Stacey Dooley is a supportive girlfriend with his latest Instagram snap.

The Strictly Come Dancing professional - who met Stacey on the 2018 series of the show - uploaded a rare photo of the pair putting on an amorous display as he told that she had come to watch him perform in The Wedding Singer.

In the sweet image, uploaded on Thursday, the loved-up dancer, 37, and documentary maker, 32, could be seen in an embrace as they posed in front of a merchandise stand.

He captioned the offering: "My girl came to me in The Wedding Singer last night @sjdooley."

Kevin beamed as he locked eyes with his sweetheart as he enjoyed some downtime from performing.

The pair started dating in April last year and it seems that the pair are becoming inseparable as their love for each other grows.

Stacey and Kevin have kept their relationship reasonably under cover since they went public.

A month later, Stacey moved out of the home she shared with her former partner in Brighton and in with Kevin at his flat.

In the 2019 series Kevin was paired with Anneka Rice but the duo were sadly axed early on in the competition.

Following their exit red-haired presenter Stacey took to social media to tell how 61-year-old TV icon Anneka "was lucky to be with Kevin" as he is "the most incredible teacher."

Speaking to her social media fans, documentary host Stacey also added how it is easy to praise people when they are doing well but it is also important to champion them when they have knockbacks.

She began her social media statement with: "Kev and Anneka got knocked out this weekend and I just want to say I am so proud of both of them and especially Kevin because I just think he is the most incredible teacher."

Talking about Anneka, she added: "I think she was lucky to be with him."

Stacey continued: "She did that beautiful waltz, its very easy to be proud of someone when you are winning and flying high and its all going brilliantly but its also very important to tell them they are wicked when they get knocked out..so yes..well done!"
