Strictly Come Dancing star John Whaite has said he has been left shaken after he ate fish and chips in London.
The former Great British Bake Off winner revealed how he was relaxing amidst his busy training schedule with a chippy tea in the capital - as Manchester Evening News reports.
However, the 32-year-old shared with his 159k Instagram followers how a key problem with the classic meal would leave him having a sleepless night.

He said: "Fish and chips in London. Why do so many chippies leave the skin on the fish?"

The baker added: ""Riddle me this, I don't like it Cathy."
John then shared how he needed to indulge in some sweet treats to get over the meal so he could enjoy a good night's sleep.
He said: "Not being funny guys but that skin on deep fried fish has shaken me so much I'm having to have a chocolate covered marzipan to calm my nerves.
"I won't go to sleep tonight. What was all that about?"
He then added: "And a mince pie."
On Saturday's episode of Strictly Come Dancing, John and dance partner Johnannes Radebe will perform the paso doble to He's A Pirate from Pirates Of The Caribbean for Movie Week.
The dancing competition' s first all-male couple dazzled audiences last weekend with a super-slick cha cha to Starstruck by Years and Years.
There was a big surprise for the pair as Years and Years singer Ollie Alexander popped up on a big screen to thank them for picking his song for the dance
