Strictly Come Dancing's Johannes Radebe breaks down in tears as 'justice served' for him and Ellie

Johannes Radebe broke down in tears during the Strictly Come Dancing results show as fans declared that 'justice was served' for him and Ellie Taylor after their disappointing score on Saturday night.

After the major high of topping the Halloween week leaderboard seven days earlier, thanks to their Hocus Pocus themed Couple's Choice routine,. the couple were brought crashing back to earth this week, when their rumba to Heart's 80s anthem Alone scored just 22 out of 40, 16 points less than their previous score.

Those marks put Johannes and Ted Lasso star Ellie, second from bottom of the Strictly standings, just one point above Tony Adams and Katya Jones. But, after the public had their say, neither of the bottom two pairs were in the dance-off, as Mollie Rainford and Carlos Gu survived for a second time, at the expense of Ellie Simmonds and Nikita Kuzmin.

Johannes and Ellie found out they were safe in the first section of the Strictly results show, as Tess Daly revealed the first set of results. And it became abundantly obvious to everyone watching at home that they thought they'd be in trouble, as Ellie and particularly Johannes were overcome by emotion at making it through, with Johannes grabbing hold of Ellie as he started crying.

Having accused the judges of undermarking Johannes and Ellie on Saturday, fans claimed that 'justice was served' that they'd made it through to another week, with one taking to Twitter to react: "Yay! Justice has been served for Ellie and Johannes! Worried about Ellie and Nikita though," and a second tweeting: "Justice for Ellie and Johannes undeserved poor scores from last night!!!!"

A third posted: "I'm so pleased Ellie and Johannes are through to next week, they didn't deserve those low scores last night."
