Strictly Come Dancing's Chris Ramsey reveals signature dance move that everyone can relate to

There are now just seven days to go until we see this year's Strictly Come Dancing contestants in action for the first time.

And Chris Ramsey has given us a bit of a teaser on what we can expect from him on the hit BBC show.

South Shields comedian and presenter Chris is one of a number of famous faces on this year's Strictly lineup and he will join his fellow celebs on screen for the launch show, which will air on BBC on Saturday, September 7.

And if you watch the video above, you'll see make a few confessions about how he's feeling about doing the show, as well as a dance move we can ALL relate to.

Quizzed on his signature move, Chris says "Walking through the dancefloor to the buffet table." Give that man the glitterball trophy bow...a dance icon has been born!

On being announced a contestant for Strictly Come Dancing 2019, the 33 year old confessed "I’m both excited and absolutely terrified to be doing the show. You will not find me on the dance floor at parties, you will find me at the buffet table. All night.

Rosie Ramsey reacts to Chris going on Strictly with hilarious 'Strictly curse' post

"At my wedding I danced with my wife; that one song took about 6 months practice, and I definitely stood on her feet a couple of times.

“So I’m looking forward to the possibility of making a fool of myself in front of millions of people…there better be a buffet after the live shows.”
