Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley , 35, has revealed the secret behind her staggering five-stone weight loss - and it's a simple case of exercise and a disciplined diet.
Catherine will star in the new series of Strictly Come Dancing , which will tango back onto our screens on Saturday September 7.
The first stage of the Catherine's new lifestyle was to cut down on the bad stuff and make sure her food was getting her the nutrients she needed.
The mum of one, who plays Eva Price on ITV's Corrie, explained her typical food day, which includes an omelette for breakfast, chicken and avocado salad at lunchtime and homemade burgers with aubergine fried for dinner.
For a snack, she'll get her hands on some blueberries, apples and coconut yoghurt. Prawns or tuna with broccoli and Brazil nuts help her power through some intense workouts.

Over the last few years, Catherine's fresh approach to food has made the weight walk away.
Catherine now focuses on her gym sessions - including dumbbell lunges, shoulder presses and side raises, as well as some stomach-sculpting barbell exercises.
She seems to be enjoying the lifestyle, as she's managed to keep the weight off. She's now in proper fighting condition for Strictly, but it wasn't always that way.

Catherine revealed to The Sun that dancing was always a dream, but she'd been too nervous because of her weight.
She said: "It was something that I shied away from when I was younger.
"I was terrified of it. I was much bigger, so I didn't have the confidence.
"I'm a huge Strictly fan, so when the opportunity came up, I couldn't say no.
"I'm not a duck to water, but I'm having an amazing time."
Strictly head judge Shirley Ballas , 58, opened up about how her diet helps her feel comfortable "in her own skin".
Shirley uses intermittent fasting to keep the pounds off - when you limit when you can eat. The idea behind the die is that the body's metabolism changes over long periods of fasting.
Anyone thinking about fasting should know that eating late at night might slow the effects of the diet.
