The dancing couple dropped to the bottom of the pack after topping the leaderboard the previous week and consistently getting big scores throughout the competition to date.

Judge Craig Revel Horwood described their latest effort as 'disappointing' as AJ blamed a dress mishap that Strictly viewers could have blinked and missed.

The 33-year-old wore a stunning yellow dress for the performance but suffered a slip that was picked up by the judging panel.

It has now been revealed what AJ said to Kai as their routine came to an end.

"Well done," Kai told his partner as AJ replied: "Sorry baby," which was picked up by the dance contest's hidden mics.
