Strictly Come Dancing 2021 odds - who could earn the most and who will win

Saturday night telly is the best comfort blanket, and whether you love it or hate it, Strictly Come Dancing is definitely a popular choice on the box.

The 19th series has seen stars like McFly’s Tom Fletcher bust a move and Peep Show’s Robert Webb dress up as a frog.

But which star is going to earn the big bucks after appearing on the show? A study by OLBG has unearthed what each contestant is likely to make per sponsored Instagram post.

The figures show that Tom Fletcher will bag the most cash, with a singular Instagram post earning him £8,866.

That means across the entire year, he’d have the potential to earn £425k just for a few selfies.

The second highest amount would go to TikTok star and chef Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Tilly, who could earn £204k yearly.

Third place goes to Olympian swimmer Adam Peaty, a single sponsored Instagram post could earn him £2.4k or £116k yearly.

But what about the winner? Well, OLBG has calculated that too.

AJ Odudu has been named most likely to win the series with odds jumping from 12/1 to 5/2 after two solid performances as she becomes the new favourite.

He should probably watch out for Tom Fletcher though, who is back after catching coronavirus with odds 18/1 for winning the series.

The odds and probabilities for the stars winning the trophy are:

  • AJ Odudu: Odds - 5/2 Probability - 29%
  • John Whaite: Odds - 3/1 Probability - 25%
