There are also some new Strictly pros in the line up.

Rose Ayling-Ellis is one of the celeb contestants to take part and also the first even deaf contestant on the show.

Who is Rose Ayling-Ellis?

During the opening programme Rose explained that she would have a BSL interpreter at all times.

She also explained that although she cannot hear the music, deaf people can enjoy music in different ways.

She said that she will be using the vibrations and the beat as well as her partner Giovanni Pernice to dance.

Rose is partnered up with Strictly pro Giovanni (PA)

Rose is best known for playing the character of Frankie Lewis in Eastenders.

She's made history as the soap's first ever deaf actress to play a deaf character who uses British Sign Language.

The 26 year old was born on the South East Coast and when speaking about Strictly said: "I feel like it’s so important for somebody like me to be on the show.

"I want to break down the stereotype that deaf people can’t dance and can’t enjoy music."

She discovered her love for acting when she was at a filming event led by the National Deaf Children’s Society and here she met film director Ted Evans, who later cast her in his award-winning short film The End.

She then went on to apply to Deafinitely Youth Theatre, and later studied at the University for the Creative Arts.
