Residents of a southside block of flats were evacuated in the early hours of this morning after a building went up in flames.
Emergency services were on the scene at Allison Street just after midnight (Wednesday).
The fire was reported in a property between Langside Road and Gartuck Street.
The road was still closed this morning as a result but was fully reopened by 7.10am, in time for the busy morning commute.
The fire was extinguished and residents were allowed back into their flats around 12.40am.
There are no reports of any injuries.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Police Scotland are still in attendance for investigations.
