However, with less than an hour before the presale, many fans are taking to social media to say they are struggling to log into their accounts on Ticketmaster and AXS. People can enter the waiting room from 30 minutes before the sale, so from 10.30am.

But for some, they cannot even log in. @HollyElenore said on Twitter: "What do I do???" as they shared a screenshot of their website crashing. The screengrab shows they have been unable to log into AXS website as it says "Sorry for the inconvenience."

@ddeokli added: "Hi @AXS_UK I can't access my account but need it for the Taylor Swift presale - your customer service isn’t responding please help."

Many people trying to log into Ticketmaster this morning as also reporting some of the same problems as they cannot log in due to being mistaken as a bot. @bluedkins wrote: "@TicketmasterCS Hello, I won’t stop getting this error can you please help me?"

Ticketmaster has replied saying: "Please clear your cache/cookies and ensure you aren't using any VPN software on your device/WiFi. If this doesn't help, please try using a different browser/device or using mobile data instead of WiFi."
