Streets in Bootle have come together to create a Christmas wonderland using thousands of lights.
Residents on Cullen Avenue, Spence Avenue and Faux Crescent came up with the plan over the last few weeks in order to spread some festive cheer.
The organisers went door to door, asking people to get involved, with the majority donating money to supply some lights.
A group of women have then worked tirelessly to decorate the lampposts and streets.
People living in the area have also got involved by decorating their own homes with lavish ornaments, signs and blow up decorations.
The display is so incredible people have even been bringing their children from other areas of Merseyside to see them.
Speaking to the ECHO, one of the organisers said that after a terrible years, people wanted to try and enjoy the holidays as much as they could.
Cathy Swords said: "We just thought, everyone has been so down because of the whole year.
"It has been hectic and people could use some cheering up, we thought this would help.
"We went door to door and explained what we wanted to do and asked people to through in what they could.

"Everyone has got involved and it looks great but we are planning to make it even bigger."
Cathy said that nearby Riley Avenue would also be decorated at the start of the week and that the Tesco in Litherland had donated lights to their community project.
She added: "It has been lovely to bring everyone together and to see people driving round enjoying them.
"That was all we wanted."
Cathy also said that the people in her street had planned to go out on Christmas Eve into their gardens and wish each other all a merry Christmas.
She said: "We have all connected this year so we wanted to do something nice and safe to celebrate that.
"On Christmas Eve, about 6pm, we're going to step outside and have a drink together and wish everyone a Merry Christmas."

People will not be able to spend Christmas with anyone other than their three households that they bubble with.
The restrictions were laid out last week with the government saying that this would allow people to spend the week with loved ones but in the safest way possible.
