A street has been locked down by police near Glasgow Central station.
Gordon Street in the city centre was shut off on Thursday evening with cops currently at the scene, reports Glasgow Live.
Glasgow Council traffic bosses wrote: "Due to a police incident, Gordon Street is closed between Hope Street and Renfield Street/Union Street."
It's not yet known if anyone has been injured.
The nature of the city centre incident remains unclear.
British Transport Police and Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
