A new Japanese bar and restaurant offering cocktails and "refined" food is set to open in West Bridgford next week.
Bosses at Yumuchi, in Gordon Road, say they will offer dining experiences to suit all tastes with the menu including Japanese tapas, street food, sushi and modern creations.
The restaurant is being launched by the team behind Yumacha , in Central Avenue, and it is anticipated it will be ready for its first diners on Monday, August 12.
A statement on the company's Facebook page said: "Our concept, in keeping with our brand and sister restaurant Yumacha, is to create a relaxed drinking and dining experience to suit all tastes.
"Casual during the day, where you are welcome to try our coffee and cake offer as well as Bento boxes, to a little more refined in the evening with a gorgeous cocktail.
"Our aim at Yumuchi is to serve you some expertly crafted Japanese cuisine in keeping with tradition and some of our modern creations.
"Our menu is designed for sharing and based around the healthy eating so important to the Japanese.
"From imaginative salads and sushi to the steaks on the non fat cooking of the Ishiyaki."
Also on the menu for the new restaurant is akitori skewers, Gyoza dumplings and crispy tempura dishes. The bar, meanwhile, will offer a range of sake, Japanese gin and Japanese whisky, in addition to cocktails.
