Streatham stabbing: Man fighting for life after being knifed repeatedly in residential south London street

A man was today fighting for life after being stabbed repeatedly in a residential south London street.

Police were called to a fight in Fayland Avenue, Streatham, at about 11.30pm on Monday.

Officers and paramedics found a 24-year-old man with multiple stab wounds.

His condition in hospital remained critical on Tuesday.

The victim’s family has been informed as police investigate. No arrests have been made.
