Twitch streamer Imnotkenneth was recently put in an uncomfortable position involving his girlfriend of two years and his high-tech AI-powered cat litter box.
According to him (via a YouTube video that’s since gone viral), it all kicked off when he happened to hear her Facetiming her cousin through a locked bathroom door while she was supposed to be in the shower:
“She was in the shower and I heard her talking on Facetime, so that was like a red flag. … I heard her say the word “gains” as in like “gym gains” and I heard the word “yams” coming out of her mouth. Once I heard that I’m like, who are you on Facetime with and why are you talking about yams?”
Suspicions aroused, he decided he needed to know more and concocted a technological plan to find out what the heck was going on. This involved his $900 cat litter box, Litter-Robot 5 Pro, which comes with a live camera feed so you can monitor your cat’s activities while out of the house. As the manufacturer explains:

As it turns out, the Litter-Robot 5 Pro is also quite useful if you suspect your girlfriend is being unfaithful. Kenneth activated the litter box feed and claims he saw his girlfriend naked on FaceTime, her phone propped against the mirror to show off her body:
“360s to the camera, grabbing yams, just everything. She’s butt-ass naked bro, and at that moment my heart sunk.”
Kenneth claims he grabbed her phone, headed to his room, and locked the door so he could see her messages.
In his video, he posted messages he says were exchanged between his girlfriend and a contact she has saved as “fav cuzz”, which sees him say things like “everytime I think of the future I always picture you in it”, her replying she feels a “disconnect” from her boyfriend, and saying she can visualize her cousin as a “boyfriend figure”.
That was more than enough for Kenneth. He described her as a “psychopath”, says he broke up with her on the spot, and kicked her out of his apartment.
The former girlfriend, who is a streamer herself, reportedly deactivated her Instagram and Twitch accounts and has made no comment on Kenneth’s video. Kenneth ended things on a miserable note, saying he wishes he could get a refund of the $50,000+ he spent on her, but says, “I just gotta move forward” and vows he’s going to “overcome this”.
