A man who streaked across the pitch at Anfield is being hunted by police after failing to turn up to court.
Grant Sleight, 29, of Bussey Road, Norwich, could face jail after he ran onto the pitch of the LFC v Norwich City game at Anfield, with his top off.
The 29-year-old was due to appear before Sefton Magistrates Court this morning, but a warrant has now been issued after he failed to turn up.
The football fan who claims to support both Norwich City and LFC and sports a Liverpool tattoo on his shoulder, is thought to have accessed the pitch from a stand reserved for Canaries fans.
He has since been banned from Anfield for five years and could face a £5,000 fine.
In a statement Norwich City Football Club, who also banned the streaker, confirmed that he did not hold an away membership with the club and did not purchase a ticket via official club channels.

In response to the statement which did not name him, Mr Sleight came forward to the Eastern Daily Press and confirmed he was the streaker.
He however claimed that the club had not informed him about the ban.

He told the publication: "They can ban me for life if they want, but it's just words isn't it?"
He confirmed he did not have an away membership and had bought his ticket for the Liverpool game - which he travelled up from Norwich by coach - from the club.
He said: "Someone had tickets for sale and wanted £70, so I bought one."
Mr Sleight said he had been aware of the consequences of his Anfield antics and he spent the night in a Merseyside Police station.
But he told the Eastern Daily Press: "It wasn't too bad and I got a bowl of Kelloggs in the morning."
