Strathaven Leisure Centre to close early today due to jobby in pool

Strathaven Leisure Centre's pool has closed early today as a poo was found in the pool.

The Leisure in South Lanarkshire Facebook page posted the news saying: "Due to an AFR (accidental faecal release) the swimming pool will be closed.

"We will reopen 10am tomorrow morning.

"All pool activities will be cancelled during this time.
"We apologise for any inconvenience & thank you for your patience during this time"
